Print the vessel template a few times. It is up to you how you organise and arrange your SMS. We would advise utilising this template for each emergency to highlight equipment location, seacocks, etc., any item in relation to that emergency where the location of an item is needed urgently. It doesn’t matter if there are only a couple of items on each template, it will be easier to read/locate. You could have an overall Safety Equipment page as well. It will depend on the quantity of equipment and the size of your vessel.
Here are the Emergency Procedure templates (in blue bold), print each of these at the start and slot them into your Display folder. As you tackle each scenario in the manual, use this template, you can update and reprint any time.
