Refund Policy SisterShip Training

REFUNDS: F2F COURSES (OTHER THAN BOAT LICENCING)

  • If you book for another person or persons you are confirming that you have the authority to accept these booking conditions on their behalf.
  • When you book with SisterShip Training Pty Ltd, ABN 99 635 698 896 or pay a deposit in Australian dollars (AUD) at sistershiptraining.com.au/sistershiptraining.com you are making a contract with SisterShip Training to be construed under the laws of New South Wales.
  • Information given by you in a booking form online and by SisterShip Training in an acceptance email forms part of our contract.
  • SisterShip Training reserves the right to make such changes to the advertised programme as are necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • In the event of your cancellation the following charges apply.
    1) More than 30 days’ notice: your payment will be held as credit for a maximum           period of 12 months from the date of booking and may transferred to any   alternative booking with SisterShip Training, or
    We can give you a full refund

2)           Between 10 and 30 days’ notice: 50% of the amount invoiced will be charged

3)           Less than 15 days’ notice: 100% of the amount invoiced will be charged

4)           If you have to reschedule for another First Aid Practical (after completing the online element), an additional fee of $99 is chargeable.

  • In the unlikely event of a cancellation by SisterShip Training a full refund will be made and SisterShip Training will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.
  • SisterShip Training trainers will use their best endeavours to ensure you achieve the advertised qualifications but no guarantee is offered in this respect.
  • You agree to comply with SisterShip Training operating procedures issued for your course or event.
  • This agreement forms part of the Waiver policy. By undertaking a SisterShip Training course you are confirming you have read and you agree to both this refund policy and the Waiver policy.
  • Minimum number required for dates to be confirmed. If the course doesn’t go ahead, you will be moved to the next course, a credit can be given for another course, or we can give you a refund.
  • If you test positive for Covid-19, we will follow the official government health order at the time. If you need to miss a booked course due to self-isolation, we will accommodate you on the next date of your convenience. Refunds are not given.
