Recently we ran a brand new program that involved helping youths build resilience.
During each session, we recorded our feelings and I am super proud to share the thoughts and feelings from the day of sailing: Sailing Therapy: Before and After
Note the change from anxious and nervous to chilled, capable, proud, and “I want to do more”! if this isn’t a success I don’t know what is.
During the program we witnessed photographers, writers, and sailors in the making. Follow us for more on our new program and more (so much more, including some free maritime training!).
