Sonia is the principal yacht broker and director at EZIYACHT, an award-winning boat brokerage specialising in the presentation and sale of blue water cruising yachts in Australia and West Pacific. As the first female owner/operator yacht brokerage in Australia, EziYacht is committed to promoting gender equity within the maritime sector. She was recently selected as a Qld State Finalist for the 2024 Telstra Best of Business Awards for ‘Accelerating Women’.

Sonia is a qualified RYA Yachtmaster, a recreational private pilot, and has pursued further studies in business management, digital marketing, and languages. She has over 30 years of industry experience working in maritime. Sonia is an advocate for women in boating and supports the growth of this sector of the industry.
