The Goal

The goal of the course is to do a deep dive into the reality of the day-to-day running of your boat; prevent and prepare for emergencies: You’ll discuss your initial reactions in emergency situations, and the tasks that will give you the best chance of survival.

By the end of the workshop you will have the Emergency Procedure section for your Safety Management System well underway.

After this coure you will be much more relaxed on board and feel prepared. You’ll leave the workshop with concise, appropriate, useful notes and information to give to new crew/visitors so everyone onboard are fully equipped and knowledgeable should the worst happen

About the Course:

This is an interactive course. Together you will face a number of scenarios and write your initial actions – discuss – then adjust after you have all the information to hand.
