From July 1st there is a boat licence & jet ski Licence price increase.
Later this year, if you attend a course with a provider (such as us), you will also be required to do a practical assessment onboard a vessel.
Currently we have our theory course (4 hours instruction and assessment (with practice questions/revision/support)), and you can fill out a log book and apply for the licence. In order for us to arrange a vessel and insurance the price will be increasing to around double.
Now’s the time to get your Boat Licence
So now is the time to get your Boat Licence and/or Jet Ski Licence. Before all the price increases. These are decisions via NSW Transport and we, as a nominated representative, we follow their procedures.

Next Courses – prior to the Price Increase
June 1st
29th June (but this won’t give you enough time to get your licence before the price increase on 1st July, which is the Monday).
If you or anyone you know is thinking about getting a NSW boat licence, it’d be a good idea to get it before the price increase AND prior to having to do a practical course (with an additional cost), ie. you can fill out a log book.
You can book here.
